The team behind Informing Consent found each other in 2021. Our first campaign was Safer to Wait – a response to the push to give children the Covid-19 vaccine.
We argued that it was ‘safer to wait’ for more information about the risks and benefits of the Covid-19 vaccine, before giving this novel, irreversible, treatment to our children.
It seems that many UK parents agreed with us. The vaccine was given to:
62% of 16-17-year-olds
46% of 12-15-year-olds
10% of 5-11-year-olds
It was not widely offered to those aged 0-5 in the UK.

We still believe that the Covid-19 vaccine is not suitable for children (or pregnant women).
And we stand by our original 10 reasons why (written in 2021):

We produced leaflets and videos, and appeared on podcasts and radio shows. We were also proud to become a World Council for Health partner, and be part of the inaugural Better Way Conference in Bath, in 2022.
Leading health professionals from around the world agreed with our message that it was Safer to Wait...
Covid-19 vaccination is no longer recommended for healthy children in the UK. We are therefore expanding our attention to other areas where informed parental consent is critical.
New information about the Covid-19 vaccines is continually being published, however, as the world learns more about them and their effects. We all have a duty to keep ourselves up to date and informed.
Parents and carers may be interested in the following resources:
HART are ‘a group of doctors, scientists, economists, psychologists and other academic experts’, who ‘continue to question ‘the science’.’
Their initial letter from UK doctors to Dr June Raine, Chief Executive, MHRA was sent in May 2021. Its follow-up was sent shortly afterwards.
HART continue to share critical information, fight for accountability and question the official narrative.
Follow them on Substack, or read the children’s section of their website, to learn more.
The UK Medical Freedom Alliance is ‘the UK’s most recognised and respected organisation advocating for every individual’s right to Informed Consent, Bodily Autonomy and Medical Choice’.
They have written a number of detailed and fully-referenced open letters about children and the Covid-19 vaccine.
They offer general information about the vaccines, plus guidance about informed consent.
UsForThem ‘campaigns on issues of national and international significance, to shape the future we bequeath to our children’.
As well as campaigning against masking children and closing schools, they have questioned the Covid-19 vaccine for children.
Using the Freedom of Information Act, they uncovered more detail about how the UK's four Chief Medical Officers overruled the JCVI to push through Covid-19 vaccination of children. HART have produced a good summary here.
‘A group of experts were called in 2023 to submit Witness Statements to the UK Covid Public Inquiry. When the Module 4 Public Hearings were postponed until 2025, these professionals believed it was in the public interest to give immediate access to their expert testimony about the Covid vaccines.'
'We encourage you to read and watch the evidence we present on the various pages on this website.’

React19 offer ‘science-based support for people suffering from long-term COVID-19 vaccine effects’.

The Covid Vaccine Injury Alliance (CVIA) is ‘a coalition of national organisations and groups, each made up of citizens who have suffered harms from the COVID-19 vaccines’.

If you or your child received the Covid-19 vaccine and are worried about potential harms, then you might be interested in detoxing from the injection.
Even if you didn’t take the vaccine, you may still be concerned about the potential side-effects from shedding and infection.
